The Challenge
InMoment required high-stakes communication tools that could simplify complex customer experience (CX) data. The challenge was to maintain a consistent brand voice across a variety of internal and external initiatives while ensuring the content remained engaging for different stakeholder groups.
My Process & Role
I applied strong principles of typography, layout, and information hierarchy to create clear and engaging long-form content. My role spanned from establishing the visual art direction to executing the final production-ready digital files.

Information Hierarchy: Engineered a flexible grid system for the Sales Playbook, using callouts and diagrams to make 40+ pages of technical training material easily navigable.
Art Direction: Developed a sophisticated visual style for the Partner Program eBook, utilizing refined whitespace and custom photography to elevate the brand's credibility.
Visual Storytelling: Created custom icons and infographics to illustrate abstract concepts like "values alignment" and "customer-centric decision making."
Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborated with Content Marketing and Sales Operations to ensure the visual narrative precisely supported the strategic business goals of each eBook.
